CanFirst Capital Management completes the acquisition of Cambridge Corporate Centre and Premier Vaudreuil Industrial Portfolio

CanFirst Capital Management, on behalf of CanFirst Industrial Realty Fund VII and CanFirst Income Plus Real Estate Fund, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Cambridge Corporate Centre in Cambridge, Ontario and the Premier Vaudreuil Industrial Portfolio in Vaudreuil, Quebec. The acquisitions total 498,965 square feet of class “A” industrial and office across 5 properties.
