CanFirst Capital Management, on behalf of CanFirst IncomePlus Real Estate Fund (CIPREF), is pleased to announce the acquisition of 230 Signet Drive, a 48,816 sf industrial property located in North York, ON. The fully leased single-tenant building is located within a prime industrial node, close to highways 400 and 407.
