CanFirst Capital Management completes the acquisition of Mississauga and Guelph portfolio

CanFirst Capital Management, on behalf of CanFirst IncomePlus Real Estate Fund (CIPREF), is pleased to announce the acquisition of a two building portfolio totaling 100,307sf.  The portfolio includes 485 Southgate Drive, a 83,807 sf industrial property located in Guelph, ON, and 1676 Britannia Road East, a 16,500 sf industrial property located in Mississauga, ON.
