CanFirst Capital Management completes sale of Cambridge Industrial building

CanFirst Capital Management, on behalf of CanFirst Industrial Realty Fund V, is pleased to report the sale of 25 Reuter Drive, situated in Cambridge, Ontario.  The property, a 248,820 sf industrial building situated on 36 acres, was sold to Conestoga College and will house the college's skilled trades program.
