CanFirst Capital completes sale of Ottawa portfolio

CanFirst Capital Management, on behalf of CanFirst Industrial Realty Fund V, is pleased to report the sale of a 415,000 sf portfolio located in Ottawa, Ontario.  The portfolio was comprised of 23 office and flex-office properties and was sold to Crown Realty Partners.
