CanFirst Capital Management completes the acquisition of Abbotsford portfolio

CanFirst Capital Management, on behalf of CanFirst Industrial Realty Fund VII, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of an industrial portfolio located in Abbotsford, BC, the largest municipality outside the Metro Vancouver market. The portfolio is comprised of 3 multi-tenant industrial buildings in a single cluster with a combined rentable area of 175,363 sf.
